I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your service and response repairing our sons laptop last month, we have been very impressed with the prompt way it has been repaired for us, particularly as it was 1 month out of warranty, and you could have charged us.
Thank you for the service, we will certainly come back to you when we get our daughter the laptop she keeps pestering us for ..(next year )

Just a quick note of appreciation regarding my order for a Dell laptop.
Thanks for both the prompt initial service and support (new battery requested Monday, arrived today) I have received. Despite placing an order for a budget laptop, the service I've received has been first rate.
In the event that I do need further support or warranty assistance, I'm confident you won't fail to deliver.

I just wanted to drop a line to thank you.
A couple of months ago I bought an IBM T40 from you. A friend checked it out, and then I decided to buy a new battery.
I am very pleased with it. There are a few scratches here and there, but it runs beautifully and the screen is spot on. It was a real bargain.
I will be recommending you to anyone that asks.

I just felt I had to drop you a note of thanks for the excellent service I have received from The Laptop Centre. The advice given regarding the best laptop required for my personal needs couldn't have been better and then the subsequent assistance and prompt delivery of the items for my requested upgrade was again first class. Certainly the time spent explaining things to this laptop luddite was greatly appreciated. Though I am more than delighted with my current machine, I have no doubt that the time will come when I will need to make a change. When that time comes rest assured I will be back.

Hello Dan,

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you very much for your help in getting my replacement laptop out to me.  It arrived here safely on Friday and seems to be working very well indeed.

I am really impressed with the service that I have received from The Laptop Centre, especially how quickly you sorted out the initial issue with the first delivery, and have been singing your praises to friends and family. We seem to find it very easy to complain these days so I wanted to take a couple of minutes to say thank you for your help and I know where I’ll be going when I need (and can afford!) an upgrade!

Thank you for your very efficient service.  The Laptop arrived yesterday and it is exactly as described.   One thing though, it has an 80 GB hard drive not 40 GB as expected.  I am not complaining you understand, I am very happy with it. just wanted to let you know.

I recently bought a refurbished IBM Thinkpad T42 from you and am very pleased with it and would certainly recommend you to others.It arrived in perfect condition, with the rather unusual matt black exterior surface of the Thinkpad lid looking spotless. Now some slight signs of previous wear - and in particular the mark of a label previously stuck on the top of the laptop lid - are beginning to emerge and I wondered whether you had used some kind of cleaning product/restorative treatment to give the lid its clean and new appearance and if so, whether I could buy it and/or do the same, in order to keep the laptop in the same pristine condition as when it arrived?

Dear laptop Seller

I purchased a second user Dell Latitude D600 about a year ago and have been v pleased with it. Unfortunately about a month ago something happened when my daughter was using which cause anti-virus software to fail. I took it to local PC shop who eventually advised needed Windows re-installing. I use it with a TAG Heuer timing unit and since the re-build it won't now read info properly from the timer via RS232 port. I've deleted and re-installed the port software and have had Windows re-installed again - still the same problem. The unit works properly with other laptops I've tested it with.I wonder if I could pay you to do a std Windows XP re-install if i return the laptop to you as I'm convinced its software related.
