No, all our machines only have the operating system preloaded unless otherwise stated. The operating system includes Word Pad which can produce text documents. We can also install Open Office which is free software and is fully compatible with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (If requested.) Is there an operating system?
Yes, all Laptops have an operating system preloaded unless otherwise stated. Does the laptop come with a restore/recovery disk We do not supply restore/recovery disks as standard however we can provide them on some models if requested. Are all the laptops WI-FI (wireless) internet ready?
Most of our laptops are WI-FI enabled but please check the listed specification to confirm if they have wireless. For laptops that do not have wireless there is an upgrade addition which can be selected so that they will be supplied with a wireless card.
