Our accounts system will retain some basic customer information which will be used to identify the purchase should any problems arise and to process repeat orders. This data will not be shared with any other company. No credit card information is held on our database.
Secure Shopping
All credit card details are processed through Secure Trading Ltd. SecureTrading makes use of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificates to ensure the authenticity and security of each transaction. 2048 bit encryption is used - the strongest level employed by any payment service provider.
Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to Interbuys.
BACS and Electronic Payment

Shipping
Our standard delivery time is 2 – 5 working days from the time we process your order and receive cleared funds.
We will notify you if there are any delays in the despatch of your goods either by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will not charge monies to your credit or debit card, or if you have paid by any other method we will return any monies sent to us without delay.
Standard delivery by carrier will be charged at £15 (including packaging and VAT) for orders over £125 and £5 (including postage and packaging) for orders under £125.
