| Trouble Shooting Refurbished LaptopsTrouble shooting for "Refurbished Laptops".
No Power: Check that the AC charger is plugged in to the mains and switched on. Check that the chargers light is glowing (some laptop chargers may not have this light.) Make sure the charger is firmly plugged into the laptop. Try turning the refurbished laptop on with out the battery in the machine. Power but not booting: Check that Hard drive is detected by entering the laptops set-up panel (usually by pressing a function key). Use Windows repair software or Call 01722 322123 and ask for a restore disk but this will wipe all data. Blue Screening: Check memory and hard drive are Ok; you may need some sort of diagnostics software for this. Wifi not connecting; Make sure a network can be seen; make sure you have the correct WIFI key/ password etc… Try re-booting for connection to establish.
